Thomas R. Horrell, 81 - Services for Tom Horrell will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Raytown Church of Christ, 6000 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO 64133. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests no flowers and suggests memorial contributions to the Ararat Shrine Hospital Transportation Fund or to Raytown Church of Christ. Tom was born October 7, 1930 in Ray, Arizona, the son of Percy Thomas and Beulah Brooks Horrell. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

His career with Bendix/Allied Signal/Honeywell spanned 46 years. Tom was a member of Raytown Church of Christ, Raytown Masonic Lodge, Ararat Shrine and its Oriental Band, served several years as a Potentate's Aide and was a 2008 Class Honoree. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, William Ray Horrell, MD. He leaves his wife, Eva; sister, Patricia Poulter (husband Vic); niece, Terri Neal, nephew, Todd Allen and their families; and other family including Zena Purdum.
